The room is spacious, there's relax open area with chairs and tables on 2nd floor next to the pool. The pool is too small but it doesn't bother me. The receptionist day and night are friendly, even the staffs in breakfast or cleaning persons. The hotel is clean and tidy. I will return to this hotel again in my next visit.

Nothing. Area. The area was bad, the parking was a nightmare, and the area was too broad (Central LA), and we were given this hotel. I tried to change it, but was unable to.

Room was much larger than expected. Room was on busy main street-- a lot of street noise. Desk staff was very nice and professional. Room was large and clean. Street noise was substantial. Would stay again, but not on that side of hotel.

Staff was great. Left phone charger and they actually called to return. Very clean room; and staff was accommodating. I wish that it were closer to trendy shops. Parking was tight, and pool was small. Overall for the price this was a great hotel.
