Location and comfort. Parking charges. Very good hotel, nothing outstanding just a comfortable close to the airport hotel. You are close to everything in LA from here if you are driving.

Neat and clean. Poor customer service. My friend got injured in the hotel bathroom due to long cut from a cracked tile on the floor.
